Flowering of Consciousness

2024 Manifestation Workshop in Teatown! This event will have everything you want after the winter holidays -relaxation, positivity, flowers, and an uplifting sense of renewal for the new year. Our Sound Bath Practitioner, Madeleine Hamer of Nursing True Connection, will guide you through a restorative and meditative session to help clarify your goals. You will learn the power of combining intention setting with accountability practice and how to incorporate both into your daily life using journaling, micro-meditation, focus and community. Class will be held in a cozy, heated yurt in Teatown. Price includes manifestation journal and smoke cleansing kit to take home.
