For the week of May 6-13th, there is a $12 delivery fee for 10520 zip codes. If you'd like to pick up in-store, please follow the instructions at check out.
We recommend ordering for Thursday or Friday delivery and/or pick up. Your flowers will be at peak freshness and they will be best enjoyed in your recipient's home over the weekend (rather than in our cooler).
Our minimum purchase for delivery begins at US$75.00
We deliver when recipient is home to receive flowers.
We require a contact phone number so we can call/text to arrange delivery at their convenience.

Fresh Flower Delivery is available 7 days a week.
Order by 12 noon for same day delivery.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are able to accommodate time ranges, such as after-school or during business hours. If you need a delivery at a specific time, we are able to do so for a $10.00 fee.
Delivery Details
It is our aim to provide the freshest and longest-lasting flowers possible. For that reason, we hand-deliver to your recipient rather than leaving the arrangement outside to wilt or freeze.
In order to make sure deliveries go flawlessly, please help us by providing a phone number for the recipient.
As a very last resort, you may request to leave the arrangement outside if no one is home. If a sheltered space is provided, we will do so at your liability.
☞ We are unable to accept flower orders without the sender and recipient’s first and last names.
☞ It is against our policy to deliver flowers anonymously. Your order will be rejected and refunded. No exceptions.
☞ Remember to sign your name on the card text!
School or Business Deliveries: If your delivery is going to a school or business, please order early and let us know so we can deliver during business hours.
Our delivery fees for other zip codes range from $15 to $25.
We deliver to Cortlandt Manor, Ossining, Briarcliff Manor, Montrose, Buchanan, Verplanck, Yorktown, Peekskill, Sleepy Hollow, Chappaqua, and Mt Kisco.
Hudson Valley Hospital Center (Cortlandt Manor) & Phelps Hospital (Sleepy Hollow) deliveries are $25.00 with a $75 minimum purchase.

Delivery Address
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and we attempt delivery, there will be a $10 address correction fee which includes one additional delivery.
☞ Upper Village Blooms is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Delivery Refusal
If a delivery is refused by the recipient for any reason, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. Upper Village Blooms refuses to negotiate or discuss between the two parties.
Holiday Delivery
Holiday Delivery Fees are $12 for Croton for major holiday weeks.
We operate extended hours during holidays, and delivery times are 9am-7pm. Please order your flowers in advance of major holidays as we do sell out.

Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent and sensitive nature of floral deliveries we are unable to cancel or change orders already en route or delivered.
