Return Policy
Merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase with an original receipt or gift receipt. Items must be in original condition and unopened packaging or are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns are eligible for a store credit only. Sale Items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We regret that we do not provide substitutions or refunds of flowers due to stylistic preferences.
We will cheerfully provide a substitution of flowers if there is a quality issue on our end. Please contact us within 5 days of purchase with feedback and photos. We reserve the right to determine if flowers are eligible for replacement on a case by case basis.
Environmental Responsibility
We are constantly working to minimize the impact of our environmental footprint.
We minimize the amount of plastic in our floral packaging and utilize paper ribbon.
We avoid using floral foam in our designs.
We welcome your recycled containers/mason jars/vases. Bring them in for us to refill at a discount, or leave your clean vases of clear glass at our doorstep.
We are looking to implement a composting partnership with someone who has the land for accepting our cut stems. Contact us if you are interested in discussing a partnership.
